ALLIE THUET OF COLORADO COLLEGE, a junior attack from Glenview, Ill., has been named the SCAC Women’s Lacrosse Offensive Player-of-the-Week for games played from Monday, March 4th through Sunday, March 10th.
Thuet scored seven goals and dished out five assists while leading No. 24 Colorado College to pair of West Region road victories in Southern California last week. Thuet scored three goals and five assists during Friday’s 17-7 win at Chapman. The junior attacker recorded two goals and two assists during the first half to help the Tigers build a commanding 9-3 halftime lead. She also grabbed two ground balls and caused a turnover.
During Sunday’s 12-10 victory at No. 25 Claremont-Mudd-Scripps, Thuet led the Tigers with a career-high seven points. She also dished out a personal-best three assists matched her previous high of four goals set during last year’s 19-8 victory at Cabrini. Thuet leads CC with nine goals, shares the lead 15 points, and is second on the team with six assists.
