TAYLOR MOSER OF TRINITY UNIVERSITY was named the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference women's Golfer of the Week for competitions through Tuesday, October 20, 2015.
Moser led the Tigers to a second-place finish at the Alamo City Classing this week, posting a two-round score of 153 to finish in third place individually.
Moser was one of just five golfers to shoot under 80 in both rounds of the event. She posted 24 pars in the tournament, which was the third-most among all players. She also tied for the lowest par-5 average score, 5.17.
The Alamo City Classic was the final fall event for Moser and the Tigers. Their spring season will begin February 29 at the Schreiner Spring Shootout.
Centenary College, Schreiner University, Southwestern University and Texas Lutheran University did not nominate.
