CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – The National Golf Coaches Association (NGCA) All-American Scholar Teams for Division I, II & III were announced last Monday with a total of 494 women’s collegiate golfers recognized with this prestigious honor, including six from the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference.

Jennifer Commander of Birmingham-Southern College, Whitney Miller of Centre College, Erin Kielty of DePauw University, Katie Dale of Oglethorpe University, Kristen Davenport of Southwestern University (pictured) and Anne Wooton of Trinity University were each named as one of 71 Division III women's golfers to be so honored.

The criteria for selection to the All-American Scholar Team are some of the most stringent in all of college athletics. The minimum cumulative GPA is 3.50 and student-athletes must have competed in at least 50% (Division I) or 66% (Division II & III) of the college’s regularly scheduled competitive rounds during the year.
