LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - Trinity University (18-4, 9-2) swept their weekend competition to take sole possession of the No. 1 seed as we draw closer to the conference tournament.
Austin College (14-7, 8-3) has won three straight, defeating Centenary College (8-14, 3-9) and Colorado College (4-19, 3-9). The 'Roos sit in a second place tie with Texas Lutheran University's (12-10, 8-3) who split their two games last week defeating Schreiner University (9-12, 7-4) after falling to Trinity.
Schreiner went on to beat Southwestern University (7-15, 4-7) last week and sits in fourth place. The Pirates and the University of Dallas (8-13, 3-8) went 0-2 last week. Centenary College (8-14, 3-9) joined the Tigers of Colorado College going 1-1.
