OKLAHOMA CITY — The National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) named Texas Lutheran University senior right-hander Maitlin Raycroft to its All-America Second Team for a second consecutive year, while Centenary College's Anna Dunn picked up her first award.

The NFCA Division III All-America Softball Teams are selected from the pool of players that earned First Team All-Region recognition. From that All-Region pool, eight NCAA Division III head coaches representing the eight NCAA regions select the All-America teams.

Raycroft, twice the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Pitcher of the Year, followed up last season's 21-3 pitching record and eight no-hitters with a mark of 20-1 to go with five more no-hitters. Raycroft has the top two single-season no-hitter totals in NCAA Division III history. She is second all-time in total no-hitters thrown by an NCAA DIII pitcher.

In 2018, Raycroft posted a 1.22 ERA with that 20-1 record. She appeared in 28 games and made 24 starts. She registered 13 complete games and seven shutouts. Raycroft struck out 152 batters in 114-1/3 innings pitched. She was named the SCAC Pitcher of the Year for a second consecutive year, and she too never lost an SCAC regular-season or conference tournament game.

Raycroft has the two-best win totals (21 in 2017 and 20 in 2018) in school history. She is TLU's all-time leader in winning percentage for a pitcher. Raycroft was 41-4 as a Bulldog for a career winning percentage of .911.

Dunn, an outfielder and recent graduate from Centenary, is believed to be the first from the NFCA in Ladies Softball history. During her senior campaign, she led the SCAC with a .424 batting average, a .915 slugging percentage, 52 RBIs, 15 home runs, and 108 total bases, breaking the Ladies single season record (non-scholarship era) in all five categories. She also broke both the conference and Centenary season home run record in the 2018 Conference Tournament.

Dunn also swiped 11 bags on the season, becoming the first player in SCAC softball history to tally double-digit home runs and stolen bases for a season.
