LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The Texas Lutheran University softball program continued their ascent up the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) rankings this week, jumping seven spots to No. 12.
The Bulldogs completed another 6-0 week on Saturday, earning a doubleheader win over Hardin-Simmons University Monday before traveling to Shreveport for a conference series against the Ladies of Centenary College. TLU was able to collect four wins on the road to move to 26-4 on the season, and extend their winning streak to 26 games.
Texas Lutheran has already clinched a spot in the SCAC tournament, currently holding a 14-0 record with conference series against University of Dallas and Trinity University remaining.
