CAMERON KRIMBILL AND ARTUR ZIGMAN OF TRINITY UNIVERSITY, have been named the SCAC Men’s Doubles Team of the Week for matches played from Monday, March 18 through Sunday, March 24.
Krimbill, a sophomore from Scottsdale, Ariz., and Zigman, a freshman from Houston, Texas, went 2-0 at line two doubles last week, leading No. 17 Trinity to wins over Austin College and Concordia (TX). The Tiger tandem started off Saturday by taking an 8-2 win for the first point of the team’s 5-0 win over Austin. Krimbill and Zigman won 8-3 later that day to help Trinity finish off a doubles sweep that led to a 9-0 victory.
Other Outstanding Performances:
Texas Lutheran freshman duo Jared Mason/Mario Martinez earned a pair of wins last week, defeating McMurry’s Zach Miller/Connor Hogan, 8-7 (7-5) and LeTourneau’s Paulo Cressio/Zac Crowley-Kurth, 8-6, in a 1-3 week for the Bulldogs.
