For the second time in program history, and the first since 2018, Southwestern University is the top seed for this year's event. The Pirate men are seeking their first-ever SCAC tournament crown and will open with eighth-seeded University of Dallas on Friday at Noon. Dallas is making its inaugural appearance in the SCAC tournament having restarted its tennis program this season.
Southwestern is attempting to break second-seeded Trinity University's strangehold on the conference as the Tigers are looking to earn their 13th consecutive SCAC title. In the most recent NCAA Region VIII rankings (through matches of April 16), Trinity is ranked second and Southwestern is fourth.
Action will take place primarily on the Southwestern University campus courts with courts at East View High School and Round Rock High School used as alternate sites. The complete (amended) schedule is listed below:
