LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. -- The men's tennis season continued for teams in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference.
The Schreiner University Mountaineers had a successful week, defeating Hardin-Simmons University on Thursday, 5-4, taking down Sul Ross State University 6-3 on Saturday in the morning and Centenary College that afternoon, 9-0. The Mountaineers also posted a 9-0 win over the University of Ozarks to close out the week.
The Southwestern University squad posted a pair of wins over Austin College (7-2) and the University of Texas-Dallas (5-4) this weekend.
Texas Lutheran University went 1-2 on the weekend, defeating Concordia University 6-3, but falling to Hardin-Simmons and fellow SCAC member, No. 8 Trinity University.
Trinity went 2-0 this weekend, taking down TLU and defeating NCAA Division II St. Edwards 7-2.
