CRANE SARRIS OF COLORADO COLLEGE, a senior from Adelaide, Australia, has been selected the SCAC Men's Swimmer of the Week for all meets through Sunday, January 17th.
At this weekend's Colorado College Classic, a six team invitational, Sarris took first in the 100 free (48.53), and anchored the second place 400 medley relay in 47.84. He was second in the 50 free (22.22), and anchored the second place 200 free relay in 21.56. and 200 medley relay (22.05).
Other outstanding performances in the SCAC:
Junior Isaac Johnson of Trinity University played a big role in avenging Trinity's previous loss to Southwestern University. Sophomore Anthony McDonald of Centenary College picked up a pair of individual wins along with a relay win on the weekend as the Gents bested Austin College on senior day.
