ANDREW THIESSE OF TRINITY UNIVERSITY, a first-year swimmer from Williamsburg, Va., has been selected the SCAC Men's Swimmer-of-the-Week for all meets through Sunday, November 11.
Thiesse was Trinity's top performer in the Tiger men's meet with UTPB.
Thiesse won the 1000 freestyle handily, recording a time of 10:09.13, before going on to post times of 2:01.72 in the 200 backstrokes and 4:58.24 in the 500 freestyle (a pretty tough double with only the 200 breaststroke between the two events).
