SCAC Men's Swimming & Diving Recap - Week Four

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - Four of the league's seven Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference men's swimming teams were in action this past week with three competing in a double-dual at Austin College.

Colorado College swept both Austin College and University of the Ozarks and Austin College picked up a victory over Ozarks in the double-dual swam in Sherman, Texas.

The Tigers won eight of the 13 events on Saturday as CC sophomore Eric Dalesasse and freshmen Walker Martin and Casey Block each won two individual events Saturday to lead the Tigers to a 136-90 vicxtory against Austin College and a 169-41 victory against Ozarks.

Austin College cruised to a 162-44 victory over Ozarks. Collin Vu picked up a pair of wins for the 'Roos as he touched first in the 50 freestyle and the 100 yard butterfly.

Trinity hosted Division II UT-Permian Basin and earned a 138-123 victory. Double winners for the Tigers included Jacob Hurrell-Zitelman, who won the 500-yard freestyle and the 1,000-yard freestyle, and Shamzi Alkaff who touched first in the 50-yard freestyle and 100-yard freestyle.
