SCAC Men's Swimming & Diving Recap - Week Eleven

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - Following three weeks of inactivity due to the holiday break, six of the league's seven teams returned to the pool for their first action of 2017.

Four of the seven competed at the Austin College Invitational, including Centenary College who came away with the team victory with a score of 644.50 points.

In three events, the Gents claimed all three top spots. Freshmen Jordan St. Pierre (10:52.33) and Eddie Dyess (11:12.51) with sophomore Harrison Folse (11:48.89) accomplished this feat in the 1000 free, while junior Anthony McDonald, freshman Michael Smith, and sophomore Paul Ahluwalia went 1-2-3 in the 200 breaststroke with times of 2:24.68, 2:33.18, and 2:34.28, respectively. In the 400 IM, senior Juan Tapia (4:34.72), Folse (5:08.55), and sophomore Wesley Black (5:14.44) touched the wall in the top three spots.
