
KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Trinity University and Colorado College men's soccer both made positive moves in Tuesday's National Soccer Coaches Association (NSCAA) rankings.
In the D3soccer.com poll, Trinity is now ranked fifth, while Colorado College moved up to No. 13. In the NSCAA's regional rankings, Trinity remains No. 1 among the western teams and Colorado moved to No. 2.
Trinity (18-1, 13-1 SCAC) took down UC-Santa Cruz out of conference action this weekend before clinching sole possession of the SCAC regular season title by defeating Schreiner University Sunday.
Colorado College (15-2-1, 12-2 SCAC) defeated the University of Dallas over the weekend to close their season out with a win before the SCAC tournament.
Trinity and Colorado College will both begin the conference tournament Saturday after earning first-round byes. Trinity will face the winner of Austin College and Southwestern, while Colorado College will meet either Texas Lutheran University or Dallas.
