SCAC Men's Basketball Recap - Week Three

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - Six of the eight men's basketball teams in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference competed last week, posting a 6-5 cumulative record.

The University of Dallas continued its strong performance over the weekend, going 2-0 in non-conference action, including a win over future SCAC member Johnson & Wales University. The Crusaders won both games by double digits.

UD's Spencer Levi had a dominant week, breaking the University of Dallas' single-game blocked shots record with nine against JWU on Saturday. The first-year player also tallied four in the team's first game of the week.

Centenary College went 3-0 last week to move to 5-2 on the season. The Gents picked up wins over Louisiana College, Johnson & Wales and Hendrix College.

In Trinity University's only game last week, the Tigers picked up a 97-85 win over Sul Ross State.
