Men's Basketball Recap - Week Eight

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. -- League play began for four more teams this week, as all eight Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference men's basketball programs took on familiar opponents.

Two teams remain undefeated in SCAC play through the second weekend. Colorado College (8-6, 4-0 SCAC) boasts the most wins, while Texas Lutheran University (11-3, 3-0) is right behind.

Southwestern University (5-9, 2-1 SCAC) picked up a pair of wins this weekend, defeating the University of Dallas (5-6, 1-2 SCAC) and Austin College (10-3, 0-3 SCAC).

Trinity University (5-8, 1-1 SCAC) split the weekend, defeating Centenary College (8-6, 1-3 SCAC), but falling to Colorado College.

The Gents also went 1-1, defeating Schreiner University (6-7, 0-2 SCAC) at home Friday night.
