
MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. -- The Colorado College
men's basketball team remained at No. 25 for the second consecutive
week with the release of the most recent D3hoops.com Top 25
poll.
Despite a game-high 27 points from senior guard Ryan
Milne, Colorado College suffered its first loss of the season
at the University of Northern Colorado on Tuesday night - the
Tigers' only action last week.
The Division I Bears shot 59-percent from the floor and used a
46-22 advantage on the glass to defeat the Tigers, 96-57.
Milne became the second player in program history to eclipse the
1,200-point plateau and finished the game with 1,216.
After he scored on a driving layup to pull CC to within 11-9 just
5:22 into the game, Northern Colorado outscored CC, 43-20, the rest
of the first half to take a 25-point lead into
intermission.
