SUWANEE, Ga. - The SCAC office today announced
the bracket for the 2010 men's basketball tournament, which will be
begin Friday, Feb. 26 in Jackson, Mississippi. Tournament

Weekly - Tournament Edition
Austin College earned the top seed from the Western Division, while
Centre College, the defending SCAC men's champion, earned the top
seed from the Eastern Division. Although both Centre and DePauw
University finished with identical 11-5 conference marks, Centre
earned the #1 seed in the East by virtue of its head-to-head sweep
of DePauw during the regular season.
Trinity University earned the No. 2 seed over Southwestern
University (both finished with 9-7 conference marks) due to a
better divisional record (6-4 vs. 5-5).
Friday's quarterfinal round, Saturday's semifinal games and
Sunday's championship game will all be contested
at Millsaps College.
