GREENCASTLE, Ind. - DePauw University will
serve as host for the 2010 SCAC Field Hockey Championship, which
begins on Friday, November 5 and concludes on Sunday, November
7.
Rhodes College clinched the top seed for this year's event. The
Lynx have been the No. 1 seed in six of the seven tournaments
since the league began officially recognizing the sport in 2004 -
winning the title in 2004, 2006 and 2009.
The tournament gets underway on Friday at Noon ET with
fourth-seeded Sewanee taking on fifth-seeded Hendrix.
Rhodes will take on the winner of that match on Saturday at 11 a.m.
ET, followed by second-seeded
DePauw versus third-seeded Centre at 1:30 p.m.
ET.
Sunday's championship match will begin at 11 a.m. ET.
