JUAN JOSEPH OF
MILLSAPS COLLEGE has been named the SCAC Football
Co-Offensive Player-of-the-Week for games played Saturday,
September 6.
Joseph, a 6-2, 178-pound senior quarterback from
Edgard, La., tallied 266 yards passing and three touchdowns in only
three quarters of work in a 42-6 win over rival and #25 Mississippi
College.
He completed 21 of 30 passes (70 percent) and added 31 rushing
yards on four carries (7.8 average). He also completed passes to
eight different receivers.
