STERLING, Va. - Senior defensive back Matt
Finke of Austin College and junior defensive lineman Alex Fitch of
DePauw University were named to D3football.com's National Team of
the Week for games played on Saturday, October 25.
Finke blocked a field goal, recovered a
fumble and intercepted two passes, the second of which he returned
12 yards for what would prove to be the game-winning touchdown in a
17-14 win against Rhodes.
Fitch blocked a third quarter extra point and a
fourth quarter field goal attempt and had five tackles in the
Tigers' 37-34 overtime win against Colorado College.
