STERLING, Va. - Senior defensive lineman Marcus
Stokes of Millsaps College and first-year defensive back Steve
Valdiserri of DePauw University were named to D3football.com's
National Team of the Week for games played on Saturday, November
15.
Stokes tied a career-high with 11 tackles in helping Millsaps to
its 12th consecutive win overall, recording three tackles for loss
and a sack and a half, as the Majors wrapped up their first 10-win
season in school history.
Valdiserri's two interceptions led to 13 points in the Tigers'
36-14 Monon Bell win at Wabash. He added six tackles, three
solo.
