BRETT TAFF OF AUSTIN COLLEGE, a junior infielder from Amarillo, Texas, has been named the SCAC Baseball Offensive Player of the Week for games played through Sunday, April 15th.

Sophomore third baseman Nathan Patton of the University of Dallas produced a slash line .750/.769/.917 with three multiple hit games - including a career best four hits - in last weekend's non-conference sweep over Dallas Christian College. Junior infielder Cole Kelly of Southwestern University hit .500 last week, totaling three RBI and four runs scored, while drawing 10 walks. Senior outfielder Keaton Boysen of Texas Lutheran University posted a 1.000 slugging percentage last week, collecting a three-run home run and a double in the first two games versus the Gents and going 7-for-11 at the plate. First-year infielder Jack Wisniewski of Trinity University started each of the last five games of the week, picking up two or more hits in four of the five contests and posting a .550 batting average by going 11-20 overall.
