LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. – Centenary College baseball ranks 12th in the first American Baseball Coaches Association/Collegiate Baseball NCAA Division III regular season poll released Tuesday, March 14.
The Maroon and White (16-3, 3-0 SCAC) are the highest ranked team from the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference. Trinity University checks in at 27th, while Texas Lutheran University is receiving votes right outside the top-30.
Also, according to the D3baseball.com poll released Tuesday, the Gents received 60 points – the most among teams outside the top-25, while Trinity also received a vote.
Centenary hosts Schreiner this weekend to continue conference action. They follow up that series with a game against No. 4/5 University of Texas - Tyler.
