LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - While many students fled their respective campuses for Spring Break, the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference baseball teams hit the diamond for week five of the season.
No. 4 Trinity University (12-3) was 3-1 on the week with their lone loss at the hands of Texas Lutheran (7-7) in the first game of the weekend set. Centenary College (8-2) won its only game of the week against UT-Tyler with an 8-0 final.
Austin College (9-5) was 3-1 on the week including a 3-0 series sweep of the University of Dallas (4-12). Schreiner University (5-10) earned a 2-1 series win over Southwestern University (4-13).
