Trinity Leaps to Third in ABCA Poll; Remains Ninth in D3baseball.com Poll

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - The Trinity University baseball team continues to climb up the ABCA polls, moving to third in the nation. Also, the Tigers remained in ninth place in the latest D3baseball.com Poll.

The Tigers (28-6) continue to roll as they swept Texas Lutheran, who was receiving votes in last weeks ABCA polls, and also clinced the No. 1 seed at the SCAC Baseball Tournament which means they will host.

Trinity will finish the year on the road, heading to Shreveport, La. to battle Centenary, a team that currently sits in second in the SCAC. Game one of a three game series begins on Friday at 6 p.m.
