MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - Trinity (Texas) University grabbed 16 first place votes to replace Marietta as the top team in the nation. Ramapo, the owner of a perfect record, and Neumann join the Top 25 in week 4 of the 2012 regular season D3baseball.com poll.

The Tigers completed a two-game Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) weekend series sweep with a 4-1 win over Austin College on Sunday afternoon.

With the victory, Trinity improved to 19-3 and remained undefeated in conference play with an 8-0 record.

The top ranking is the first for a SCAC baseball program since Millsaps College was ranked first in the tenth week of the 2009 season (April 14) by D3baseball.
