GEORGETOWN, Texas - Southwestern fell to 3-6 on the year after dropping their dual meet against Lake Forest College 7-2 on Friday afternoon.

The Pirates dug themselves an early hole, going 1-2 in doubles matches. Andrew Olsson and Alec Bergerson kept the doubles sweep from occuring by beating Cator/Wang 8-5 in the #3 slot.

Alexander Reinsch was beat 6-2, 6-0 in #1 singles but Alex Lam outlasted Elliot Muth in the #2 slot, winning 6-7 (4-7), 6-4, 1-0 (10-6) after the marathon match. SU wasn't able to secure another win as D'Art Bebel fell 6-2, 6-1; Andrew Clarage 6-1, 6-0; Bergerson 6-1, 6-3 and Olsson 6-4, 6-1.

The Pirates have a break from action and return to the courts on Marc 26th to face McMurry University at home at 9am.
