The Rhodes College Men's Lacrosse Team won a thrilling 11-10 overtime victory against SCAC foe Oglethorpe University to give the program it's second ever victory and first ever home win. 

Tied at 10-10 at the end of regulation, the Lynx defense stopped Oglethorpe's first offensive possession, and after the Lynx cleared the ball across the midline, Senior Peter Hall put a great move on his defender to notch the game winner.

The Lynx were led offensively by William Hornaday (4 goals, 1 assist), Peter Hall (3 goals, 3 assists), John Sanford (2 goals, 1 assist), Van Roerty (2 goals, 1 assist), Hugh Madison (1 assist), and Austin Pyhrr (1 assist). Goalie Carson Lewis had 8 saves on the day. 

The Lynx will be back on the field against on Sunday April 15th as they take on SCAC opponent Birmingham-Southern College. The start time for the game is 1:00 PM CST.
