First-year guard Aaron Acosta made went 3-for-6 from behind the arc and finished with 13 points for the Tigers.

UCCS struck for 12 consecutive points to open the game before Acosta put Colorado College on the board with his first three-pointer 5:40 into the contest.

After Isaac Zachem's layup trimmed CC's deficit to 14-5, the Mountain Lions ran off 19 consecutive points to take control of the game.
