Box Score Chris Lesnansky buried a three-pointer with 21 seconds remaining in regulation to force overtime, then Colorado College scored the first eight points in the extra session and held on for an 83-76 victory at Centenary College on Friday night.
CC improved to 6-5 overall and won its Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference opener for the sixth time in eight seasons.

John Hatch and Clark to give his team a 72-64 lead.
Colorado College sealed the victory by making nine of 10 free throws during the final three minutes.
Clark led the Tigers with a season-high 16 points. Freshman forward
Andrew Maddock came off the bench to score 14, while Lesnansky finished with 11.
CC's bench came through with 42 points, compared to only 14 for the Gents.

The Tigers took a 17-15 lead after junior guard
Juwan Rohan sank a pair of free throws with 11:49 remaining in the first half, but the Gents used a 15-2 run to build a 30-19 lead with a little less than five minutes remaining before the break.
After making just four of 15 attempts from behind the arc during the first half, CC went 4-for-6 during the next 20 minutes. The Tigers also made 21 of 25 free throws, while the hosts made just 20 of 37.
Senior guard Isiaiah Whitaker's layup with 2:36 to go gave Centenary a 34-23 advantage, but CC answered with a 5-0 surge capped by a three-pointer by
Bobby Roth with 46 seconds to play. Senior forward Saro Ntagha scored with 21 seconds left to give the Gents a 36-28 lead after 20 minutes.
Sophomore forward James Sapp poured in 21 points and grabbed 10 rebounds for Centenary, which slipped to 4-7 overall and 0-1 in the SCAC.
Freshman guard Travion Kirkendoll finished with 20 points, while sophomore guard Brandon Campbell and senior guard Caden Cheramie added 12 and 10, respectively.
The teams will complete their back-to-back series on Saturday at 6 p.m. CT.
